MARVELLA SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping takes 7–14 days. Please review the special timelines below for Hello Kitty badges and made-to-order bags.

Hello Kitty Badges
All Hello Kitty badges will ship out on October 30. If your order includes both scrub caps and Hello Kitty badges, your entire order will ship together on October 30.

Made-to-Order Bags
All bags are made to order. Please allow 15–20 days for processing, followed by 5–7 business days for shipping.

If you order a bag with any other items, your entire order will ship together once your bag is ready. Please place separate orders if you would like your other items shipped sooner.

Please Note
Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it ships. Shipping time begins after your order has been dispatched. Delivery timelines are estimates.

Thank you for shopping with Marvella and for your patience while we prepare your order! 💕
